Arsenalsgatan 6, bankhotel.se
Summer of 2019 saw Bank Hotel open its new
Le Hibou roof bar, with a look inspired by an
exclusive penthouse apartment. The hotel,
housed in a magnificent former bank built in
1910, has also transformed what used to be
the bank vault into an attractive exhibition
space curated by the art gallery CF Hill.

Gävlegatan 18, bliquebynobis.se
In a building designed in 1930 by Sigurd
Lewerentz and reworked by Wingårdhs,
Blique by Nobis offers architectural experiences
combined with food and drink of the
highest quality. The Boketto restaurant, half a
level down, has a tempting Euro-Asian fusion
menu, while Arc was the only Scandinavian
entry on Forbes magazine’s list of the world’s
top 10 roof bars last summer (2019).

Landsvägen 30, Solna, growhotel.se
Grow Hotel in Solna Strand is a great option
for those who want to stay outside the city
center but still have access to good transport
links. The interiors, including the street-level
restaurant Norobata, were created by Note
Design Studio. The restaurant is a Nordic take
on the Japanese robata grill and is run by
Johan Backéus, Chef of the Year 2017,
and Kasper Kananen from Miss Voon.
